Project creation and How it works
In technical terms, ICO Constructor is a specialized software designed to create new smart contracts according to user-specified parameters. The process of creation and configuration smart contracts takes place on the platform`s website using a convenient and intuitive interface. After confirming all the parameters, the user pays for the platform services, after which the platform automatically publishes the contract created by the user on the Ethereum blockchain. The owner of the new contract becomes the wallet that was used to pay for the services of the platform. The owner gets the opportunity to manage the contract through the platform`s interface.
Choose `ERC20 token` in main page
The creation of an ERC20 token contract consists of two stages. At the first stage, you need to set the parameters of the token:
- Token name - a string of no more than 32 characters. For example: My Lovely Token, USD Tether
- Token symbol (ticker) - a string of two to four characters. Uppercase letters are preferred. For example: MLT, USDT
- Total supply - the total number of tokens that will be issued and sent to your wallet
- Decimals - parameter defining the number of decimal places in one token. Using the US dollar as an example, we can say that it has decimals equal to 2 and therefore contains 100 cents.
The second stage is confirmation of two token creation and initialization transactions. You will need to consistently confirm these transactions in the Metamask plugin and wait for them to be written to the blockchain. Done, now you have your token!
